At Richards & Richards, our corporate mission is to build a future for our office staff, that continually advances legal technology into our workdays. Our operational structure increasingly uses pattern detection & classification, architectural data mapping, automation implementation, data analytics and visualization to develop legal tools of specific application. Position
Litigation Associate
We are looking for a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our foreclosure and collection firm. The position involves working directly with our task oriented teams on different collection functions which require a lawyer’s education, skill and qualification. You will be asked to develop technical proficiency inside our preferred area of practice by way of directed supportive assignments as well as management of your own assignments and management of assignments you give to agent law firms. Frequent attendances in Master’s and Judge’s Supreme Court Chambers will be expected. A conviction that our type of law is best practiced in an iterative way to achieve efficiency and constraint targets is required.
