Our Mission

At Richards & Richards, our corporate mission is to build a future for our office staff, that continually advances legal technology into our workdays.   Our operational structure increasingly uses pattern detection & classification, architectural data mapping, automation implementation, data analytics and visualization to develop legal tools of specific application.   In the future we will continue to apply technical knowledge to real-life problems and build platforms for our staff that make processes more efficient while maintaining compliance with legal requirements such as consumer protection legislation, software licensing laws and trade regulations.

 

Our Team

At Richards & Richards, daily operations are built around a tightly knit, high functioning team of lawyers, paralegals, customer service agents and support staff.  Because the firm is a boutique size of 12 employees and 3 lawyers, each member of our team carries significant importance and plays an integral role in the overall workings of the operation.  In other words, if you work here and do a good job, you are valued, by management, the client, and by the team.

Litigation Associate                                                                                   

We are looking for a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our foreclosure and collection firm. The position involves working directly with our task oriented teams on different collection functions which require a lawyer’s education, skill and qualification. You will be asked to develop technical proficiency inside our preferred area of practice by way of directed supportive assignments as well as management of your own assignments and management of assignments you give to agent law firms. Frequent attendances in Master’s and Judge’s Supreme Court Chambers will be expected. A conviction that our type of law is best practiced in an iterative way to achieve efficiency and constraint targets is required.
